Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and shipped from Colorado, USA. During holidays, sales, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Transit times for all shipping methods provided at checkout are automatically generated estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email assume all items are in stock. If your order contains a backordered item, shipment may be delayed by up to two additional weeks beyond the estimated delivery date. Unless otherwise arranged, orders containing backordered items are shipped together once all items are available.

If your order has critical timing requirements, expedited shipping options are available during checkout for an additional charge. While these services typically reduce transit time, carrier delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Selecting an expedited shipping service (such as Overnight or 2-Day Shipping) reduces the carrier's transit time but does not reduce our standard order fulfillment time. Carrier transit times begin once your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. We are happy to assist with shipment issues, but we cannot guarantee carrier performance or delivery dates.

When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Orders that qualify for and select Free Shipping at checkout are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage® at no additional cost. Tracking information is provided by email once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

Unless another shipping method is selected at checkout, international orders ship via USPS Priority Mail International. Estimated transit times typically range from 5–45 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing.

Please note that international delivery times can vary significantly and may be affected by customs inspections, local postal services, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Free shipping is not available for international orders. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated in real time during checkout based on your shipping address, package weight, and current carrier rates. Rates may change over time as carrier pricing is updated.
